WCTF is a thick and intensely hopped East Coast style IPA, brewed with a protein heavy grist. Hopped with whirlpool additions of Cascade and Simcoe followed by an excessive single dry hop addition of Simcoe, Citra & Cascade….

Think outrageously thick, with aromas of pine needles, grapefruit and hints of coconut-like tropical fruit balanced by a sweet malt profile, with a long finish.

Naturally hazy and unfiltered.
