Visit our state-of-the-art micro brewery & taproom in Maldon!

We open the doors every Thursday to Sunday. Try our small batch craft beers as fresh as they can possibly get alongside freshly made small plates, hot sandwiches and fish dishes!

With Head Chef Oliver Wood at the helm of ‘The Brewery Kitchen’, we serve some incredible restaurant-quality dishes in the taproom. We are proud to use quality fresh fish, Maldon Oysters, locally baked bread and to support local farmers by sourcing our meat from Millins of Tiptree!  All dishes are prepared and made on site and are designed to pair perfectly with our award winning craft beers.

Our opening times are:

Thursday – 5 until 10pm (Food from 5pm)

Friday – 2pm until 10.30pm (Food from 5pm)

Saturday – Noon until 10.30pm (Food from 1pm)

Sunday – Noon until 8pm (Food from 1pm)
